The rates depend on how far it is between the connected phones. On the map below you can see, as an example, the current rates, shown as minutes per penny ('/p) when making a call from Sibury (area code 010). Basically, the rate for the code area(s) bordering the one you are calling from is the same as the local one, while the rate for the ones bordering those areas is one level higher, and so on. So, the rate for calling from Sibury to e.g. Tueswy, SY, is 4 minutes per penny, while the call to Melster is four times that, 1 minute per penny. Calling between 18.00 and 06.00 reduces the rates by half. The connection rate is always 1 penny per call, whatever the distance.
